Our production facility is located in Rawlins, Wyoming.
Customer service hours are from 9 am to 6 pm MST Monday through Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday.

We do take phoned in Visa & Master Card orders at our customer service desk.
Please note our customer service representative wears several hats, and it is possible to get our answering machine. If you get our answer service, please leave you name and phone number and we will return a call to you.

Shipping:  
We Ship USPS We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service.
Customers have the option of choosing the from the following three shipping priorities:
   
   
Dan Ships with Priority Mail Priority Mail:
Delivered to most destinations nation-wide in 1 to 3 days.
An order with a shipping weight of 1 pound or under (a couple game calls) costs approx $4.70
   
Dan Ships with Express Mail Express Mail:
Delivered to most destinations nation-wide in under 24 hours.
An order with a shipping weight of 1/2 pound or under costs approx $13.65 postage.
   
We Ship USPS Parcel Post:
Delivered to most destinations nation-wide in 1 -10 days.
Often just as expensive as Priority Mail. Recommended for orders over 2 or 3 pounds.

NOTE: Product shipping weights displayed in the shopping cart include shipping & packing materials and are approximant weights.
Generally most item weights are displayed in Ounces (16 ounces per pound).

Foreign orders are welcome!
Our shopping cart will easily guide international orders through completion.
We reccomend Express International Shipping, it costs just a bit more, but you get a tracking number from USPS.com

Shipping charges generally run $12.85 for global 5-day delivery on a 1 pound package (normally 2 - 3 Calls)

Our Return & Refund Policy:  
   

We pledge to you, we will do all within our power to make your shopping experience on Dan Thompson Game Calls hassle free and pleasant experience.
We will provide a full 100 percent refund or replace with a like item on all items postmarked within 14 days of purchase meeting the following criteria:

  • Any product damaged in shipment.
  • Must be unused, returned in original packaging and mailing container.
  • Any product which has manufacturing defects.
  • Must be returned with original packing.
  • If you make a mistake ordering, and order the wrong item, we will exchange as long as unopened. Once the package is opened, a game call cannot be resold for obvious health reasons.
  • We will only refund/exchange game calls in unopened packages.
  • We will not provide refunds for damage due to intentional misuse or accidental damage by the customer.
  • All Items returned items must be accompanied with:

Note: We will not accept items mailed “Postage Due”         We will not refund shipping charges.
